Good-Bye

Good-Bye

Walking only to run
talking only to scream
trying to sing out my melody
I squeak out an empty tune
laughing empty laughs
to empty jokes
crying not fake but real tears
of a truly real sorrow
wandering from
place to place
only to be shut out by the old
and misunderstood
by the new
closing my book of secrets
before any can catch a word
I say good bye
to something in the past
something in the future
and the confused,
frustrated present me.

Support We Gave

Support We Gave

Traveling on the wings of invisibility
To a place that
Only now exists in a long ago
Distant Memory
I see your face
And
I see your pain
And
I ache to help
But I know I can’t
So I dance around
To dance
With my fellow angels
Giving our support
As you bled
For our mistakes
Standing by we could not help
Bear the burdens
You had to bear
For us all
So dancing around
In the bright moonlight
We hold our ground
Lending our support
Encouraging you and latter
When you were taken, and tortured
When friends abandon you
We flew overhead
Whispering
“were here”
As you hung between thieves
We carried your spirit away
And helped guide you on
Your way.
You paid the price for our
Past and future mistakes
And we were unable to help
Bare the burden
So support was all we
Could offer to our dear
Brother
Jesus Christ. . .

Open Eyes

Open eyes look in to my soul
I try to run from those honest open eyes
But only end up running to the eyes of death
And they don’t just look but they
Tear and rip open the
Secrets of my soul
Running I slip, and I trip over
The spilled secrets that flow from my
wounds as blood from a wound
as I crash to the
ground my tears flow and
mix with the ruined secrets
but as I glance up I see once again
the honest open eyes looking down
sadly at my ruined state
as I look into
those eyes I bow my head in shame,
but instead of a lecture I feel an arm go around me,
I feel the power of his kind, open and honest soul
And looking back up I see his smile
And his eyes hide no secrets only
A tale a story
Of the pain he suffered so long ago,
So that I would not have to suffer completely alone
Staring in his eyes and feeling his arm around me to help me, to support me
I get to my feet and slowly, so slowly
I gain my own balance,
my wounds close and leave nasty scares that in time go away, ‘
but only after my long journey of traveling up and up the mountain to
a place of peace
a place of love
and a place of acceptance. . .

Young...and Immature

When you are young and immature, you don't always think and you don't usually care who or what your actions will affect. All a teenager really cares about is number one, me, myself, and I. We don't always realize that there is something more, something greater then getting a first kiss, or who's dating who, or who took who to prom. When I was in fifth grade I thought about things like this. But over the past few years my eyes have been forced open. I had to take a long big look around, and what i discovered was something extraordinary. But something extraordinary always comes with a high cost, and for every trial that is thrown at you, for every pain filled second you have to endure. If you don't break and give in and give up it makes you stronger. And each and every trial you endure is the cost you have to pay for something extraordinary. And the extraordinary only comes after you have accepted who you are, and that your life is nothing but a mountain to climb, and if you stop climbing for a second, if you rest for even one short second, you could fall down, you could lose all the precious ground you've covered, and then you'll have to start all over once again. So ask yourself is one second, two seconds, or a couple hours of pleasure, or of something you want that might not be wise. Is it worth destroying your future? Every day i watch, and i see, and hear of things that have destroyed people and yet they don't realize it yet. But when they do its gonna be only after they have hit rock bottom. I have been there, and i have done that. Its not a happy place to be. I rather like the view from the mountain top better.

Your Story

Your story of your past will make the stories of your future possible. You only have to decided which side of the line to be on. You just have to decided if your gonna let the negative affect you negatively or positively. Because you cant change what you have done, you can only change what your going to do in the future.

Capture

Open like a book you
make me laugh
crying out your hidden spell
you captured my heart
forever. . .
